(1) Vendor needs to provide athletic trainer services to the government authority located in Pawling, NY. – Provide students of the district with athletic training services during the 2026–2027 school year.– Athletic trainer is responsible for the oversight of all athletic training room operations.– This trainer shall be responsible for all interscholastic activities Monday through Friday from 1:30 pm until completion of the last game, practice or athletic event of each evening.– Provide athletic trainer coverage at home athletic scrimmages and games and all varsity football games, home and away, and any other athletic event stipulated by the district, including regular season games, tournaments, and post–season events.– Develop and implement a comprehensive emergency contact plan.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
