(1) Vendor needs to provide integrated energy data resource platform (IEDR).– The IEDR platform contains processes for data acquisition and file handling, data processing and transformation utilizing a medallion architecture, and data caching, APIs, and software tooling.– The IEDR will need to maintain a service desk, uptime monitoring, and a public feedback portal throughout its operation– The IEDR currently uses the following public, non–utility data (this list is expected to be expanded in the future):– Parcels– Critical Environmental Areas– Civil Boundaries– Agricultural Districts– Protected Areas– Brownfield and State Superfund Sites– Mined Land– Mineral Soil Groupings– Utility Boundaries– The IEDR’s existing code base uses a mix of Java, Python, Shell, Dockerfile, JSON, CSS, Svelte, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and HCL.– Develop tools that support rate comparison, cost planning, electrification scenario development, and bill impact assessment for mass market utility customers, regulators, utilities, third–party solution providers, and community organizations.
