(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental consulting services to the government authority located in Houston, TX.• Provide preliminary research and data gathering in support of Flood Control District project sites. • Perform monitoring, assessment, and emergence surveys of bat roosts by qualified bat biologists (chiropterologist). • Conduct archeological assessment or survey, intensive testing/investigation, and data recovery as required and authorized, including management and coordination of equipment rentals, laboratory tests, etc. – Prepare reports, forms, supporting documentation, GIS files and correspondence in accordance with Flood Control District Regulatory Compliance Report Guidelines, Disposal Testing Report Guidelines, and the Standard Guidelines and Specifications for Submitting Environmental Surveys in the GIS. • Support projects with Natural Stable Channel Design features, including performing Stream Condition Assessments and post–construction geomorphic and vegetation monitoring. • Provide assistance for implementing effective internal programs and project tracking and monitoring tools.
