(1) Vendor needs to provide mental health and substance use asset mapping services to the government authority located in Springfield, MO.– Provide Identify and document all mental health and substance–use related services.– Map geographic distribution and service accessibility.– Identify gaps, overlaps, and underserved populations.– Provide recommendations for improvement and collaboration.– Project initiation and work planning:– Conduct a project kick–off meeting with city staff and stakeholder.– Develop a detailed work plan, timeline, and communication strategy.– Conduct interviews, focus groups, and surveys.– Review existing data and resources.– Build a comprehensive inventory of services and programs.– Assess staffing and capacity of services and programs.– Create mapping (GIS or Visual Dashboards).– Draft and final asset maps in editable and PDF Formats.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 2, 2026.
