Vendor needs to provide unified task management system development service. – Develop, implement and commission Stage 1 of the Unified Task Management System.– The Contractor shall:• Review and clarify the requirements applicable to Stage 1;• Prepare the detailed software specification, solution architecture and technical design for Stage 1;• Define the data model, system components, user roles, access rights, interfaces, integrations and deployment arrangements applicable to Stage 1;• Prepare an implementation plan, testing approach and acceptance criteria;– The Contractor shall develop and implement the Task Management Module, including the functionality applicable to Stage 1 for:• Creation, configuration and administration of task–management spaces;• Import and manual creation of tasks;• Management of tasks and their implementation stages;• Assignment and distribution of tasks among responsible authorities, organizational units and users;• Execution, monitoring, verification and control of tasks;• Recording of task results, supporting materials, comments and communications;• Management of task statuses, deadlines, priorities, periodicity, indicators and progress;• Management of proposals and approval processes related to task implementation;– The Contractor shall develop and implement the Administrative Module and the authorization functionality required for Stage 1.– The Contractor shall develop and implement the basic technical components required for the operation of Stage 1.– The Contractor shall ensure compliance with the non–functional requirements applicable to Stage 1.
