(1) Vendor needs to provide hearing officer services to the government authority located in Washington, OR. – The hearing officer will be responsible for conducting fair and impartial hearings and reviews and rendering reasonable decisions based upon the evidence presented, applicable laws and federal requirements.– Conducting impartial hearings, reviews, grievances, and appeals involving applicants, participants, tenants, and residents of agency programs.– Conducting tenant–related grievances and hearings for agency programs and properties.– Conducting participant–related grievances and hearings for agency programs, properties, and services, including services provided by contracted provider agencies when a matter remains unresolved following the contracted agency’s grievance process.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 28, 2026.
