(1) Vendor needs to provide property, casualty, automobile and workers compensation insurance services.– Provide agents, and/or brokers for Insurance Coverage for the fiscal year October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027 for coverages including but not necessarily limited to General Liability, Errors & Omissions, Law Enforcement Liability, Breach Response & Cyber Liability, Automobile, Property, Inland Marine, Storage Tank Liability, and Workers Compensation.– Include a detailed list of any variances in deductible, etc. from the current coverages in their response.– Provide service for day–to–day contact on insurance matters.– Risk Assessment and Analysis• Summarize the Insurance Company’s, Agent’s, and/or Brokerage’s process for conducting risk assessments and analysis for clients similar to the City.• Provide samples of internal or external reports produced as a result of such assessments and analysis.• Based on the information currently available, identify emerging risks related to the City’s operations or risks that warrant greater attention– Claims• Provide a summary of claims resources, both internal and external, to be assigned to the City.• Include a description or flowchart outlining the assignment of duties, communications, and processes for handling property, workers’ compensation, and third–party liability claims.• Provide references for expert resources available to manage unusually complex claims (2) The contract period will be for one year.
