EQU-19897 - USA (Fayetteville, Georgia) - Annual Liebert System Maintenance Service - Deadline September 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide annual Liebert system maintenance service to the government authority located in Fayetteville, GA.• Preventative Maintenance and other services to include the following services:1. Annually: One full system evaluation on Liebert system located at 110 Volunteer Way,agency to ensure all equipment is operating safely and at maximum efficiency. 2. Quarterly (4 times a year): Cleaning of the outdoor coil and installation of one newLiebert Filter every visit. All filters are 28.5 x 29.5 x2.3. Contractor shall provide priority scheduling on service calls.4. Contractor shall provide additional repairs at the quoted hourly rate.5. Work can be performed during normal business hours unless an emergencydictates otherwise(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) A Mandatory pre–bid conference will be held at 2:00p.m., Tuesday, September 22, 2026
