(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial maintenance service to the government authority located in Pinedale, WY.– Floors and– Vinyl Floors– Sweep 3– Remove tar and oil spots 3– Damp Mop 3– Remove heel marks 3– Strip and Reseal (March, June, September, December). If problem arises from currentmethod of stripping and sealing, reevaluation will be done to determine if method may need changed to wax and seal.– Carpet Floors Vacuum 3 Shampoo (November 1st and April 1st)– Rugs Vacuum 3 Shampoo X– File Cabinets, Book Cases, Chairs, Window Sills Dust 1 Wash– Ledges (Doors and Baseboards) Dust 1 Wash(2) The contract period will be for one year.
