(1) Vendor needs to provide data warehouse and business intelligence services to the government authority located in Cleveland, OH.1. Data warehouse and business intelligence services roadmap:– Evaluate the existing data warehouse, technology stack, and analytics efforts, and produce a three–year roadmap outlining prioritized enhancements, efficiency opportunities, and implementation phases.2. Cloud utilization and AI readiness:– Provide a plan to evaluate and transition applicable semantic and relational data models to Microsoft Fabric.3. Expansion of analytics and dashboarding:– These dashboards/reports shall incorporate advanced metrics, trend analysis, and forecasting models to support strategic planning and operational efficiency across programs and services.4. Data governance, quality and semantic consistency:– This includes defining stewardship roles, enforcing taxonomy standards, implementing lineage tracking and metadata management, and maintaining clean, normalized reference taxonomies for locations, activities, and age groups.5. Operational hardening and observability:– Implement error handling, automated retries for intermittent sources, and monitoring dashboards for pipeline health and data freshness.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
