Vendor needs to provide on–board vehicle and camera and DVR installation service to the government authority located in Johnson, TN. – Remove the existing camera system installing and providing equipment for the update of its transit on–board surveillance system.– Each bus shall have one (1) Video Recorder device, include enough space to have a maximum of eight (8)cameras per bus to cover both internal and external areas/views. The minimum of 1080presolution capable of low–light resolution, audio must be recorded so that it may be heard clearly fromthe entire interior of bus, GPS, Wi–Fi capability.– Provide bus video surveillance system (with sound) to replace our current bus video surveillance systems on our fixed route and para transit bus fleets.– The bus video surveillance system shall record video and audio. The video camera system shall include all hardware, software, and cables necessary for the successful installation of a bus video camera systems in accordance with this specification; including but not limited to all Video Recorders, cameras, microphones, Global Positioning System (GPS) information, onboard wireless, and other onboard components with an option of live stream bus video from a desktop computer, utilizing T–Mobile cellular service.– The system shall include all fixed–end software specified in these specifications, as well as the installation of this software on workstations and servers.• Removal of existing video camera equipment (any old video camera equipment shall be returned to JCT unless otherwise instructed). This process will be completed with supervision of an agency staff member.• Performing a complete installation and documentation of each bus installation.• Performing qualification and acceptance testing for each bus install.• Providing training to agency Technical and Operational staff.• Providing illustrated parts and maintenance manual in electronic format (PDF).• Providing spare equipment (NVRs, Cameras, Cabling, etc.) for three (3) complete bus installs.• This system will support the viewing and downloading of clips and system health at staff workstations.• The video recorder shall be designed specifically for installation in the transit bus environment.• The video recorder must offer Extreme Environment, quick booting for full video recorder option operation within 60 seconds of recorders power up, regardless of the temperature.• On–board equipment will be housed in enclosures that cannot be opened with standard hand tools.• On–board equipment shall be designed to operate in accordance with these specifications for ambient temperatures from –22 °F to 149°F.• On–board equipment shall be designed to withstand the vibration and shock forces associated with vehicles.– Cameras shall include the following:• Scratch Resistant Glass• Each camera shall utilize current HD video quality• Built in IR for night vision illumination.• IP based camera to support video and audio• Image stabilizing within camera
