(1) Vendor needs to provide economic development consultant services. – Provide economic development consulting firms to assist the city in evaluating, designing, and recommending the next steps necessary to establish a municipal economic development program.– Provide a practical framework for establishing an economic development program, including a phased roadmap for implementation.– Expand and diversify its revenue base through strengthened economic development efforts.– Identify the most appropriate role for the city in economic development activities.– Recommend options for establishing a sustainable economic development program.– Identify staffing, funding, partnership, and operational requirements.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.
