(1) Vendor needs to provide trails inventory study service to the government authority located in Holliston, MA. – Comprehensive trail inventory, condition assessment, and assessment–level trail management plan.– Support informed decision–making regarding trail maintenance, monitoring, and potential closures to protect natural resources.– Conduct field–based reconnaissance to inventory and map all existing formal and informal trails within the project area using GPS and ArcGIS–compatible methods.– GIS data layers for trail locations, trail conditions and classifications, and identified historic/cultural features, in a format consistent with MassGIS standards.– Trail Inventory and GIS Mapping.– Trail condition assessment.– Trail management plan.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 21, 2026.
