(1) Vendor needs to provide case management services dedicated to work only with treatment court participants to the government authority located in St. Louis, MO.o Initial determination of participants’ needs, wants, strengths and resources;o Initial determination of participants’ access to basic resources including, but not limited to, housing, transportation, appropriate clothing for Court and medical care;o Initial determination of participants’ psychosocial situation.o Food resources, pantries. Knowledge of available food pantries and other resources for food–insecure individuals and families. Set up electronic and hard–copy files.• Promote accountability amongst individual treatment court program participants.• Attend Staffing and Court sessions to provide updates on referrals made.• Attend trainings, retreats and meetings at the request of the Court.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 10, 2026.
