CONS-21995 - USA (Phoenix, Arizona) - Veterans Memorial Columbarium Expansion Service - Deadline July 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide veteran’s memorial columbarium expansion service to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.• Expansion of four (4) columbarium sections with two thousand and six hundred (2600) total niches• new floral water station will be installed between the new pairs of columbariums, along with a new floral and trash receptacle• This project will include signage such as grave site QR locator, and floral policies. Additionally the cemetery maps will need to be updated to show the new expansion area.• The contractor will be responsible for all third party inspections, load testing and protections.• Construction operations shall be conducted in accordance with the regulations and directives established by cemetery management(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 17 , 2026(4) Non–Mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 8 , 2026
