(1) Vendor needs to provide public safety assessment services to the government authority located in Hopkinton, MA.• The Agency seeks an independent review of existing safety, security, emergency preparedness, and interagency policies involving the school system, police department, fire department, and dispatch operations along with an assessment of its training and preparedness strategies.• The process will include an assessment of written procedures to determine the operational alignment, and whether current frameworks adequately support coordinated response, communication, and administrative follow–through during significant incidents affecting schools and the community• The work will require the collection and review of policies, plans, procedures, and related written guidance currently used by school leadership and municipal public safety agencies.• This includes school emergency procedures, police critical incident policies, fire response protocols, dispatch procedures, and municipal coordination documents• The primary emphasis is policy and procedure review, therefore, a significant portion of the work can be completed remotely through document analysis, virtual meetings, and scheduled consultation sessions.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
