STAFF-17056 - USA (Fort Detrick, Maryland) - RFI for Independent Commissioning Agent Services - Deadline November 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide independent commissioning agent services to bridge the technical divide between prime construction execution and the stringent operational, biosafety, and regulatory compliance requirements of the end–user to the government authority located in Fort Detrick, MD.– The Commissioning Agent will independently evaluate, witness, and verify critical facility systems and controls, and systematically advise the Government on executing a staggered/phased transition to achieve functional occupancy, biosafety accreditation, and facility registration.
