(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency medical dispatch services.– Implement and operate standardized medical call interrogation and triage, post–dispatch, and pre–arrival instructions, determinant–based priority dispatch, and associated communications necessary to support emergency medical response.– Integrate ProQA and EMD with County CAD, telephony, and radio systems (import and export of case data, determinant codes, unit recommendations); validate with vendor acceptance prior to go‑live where applicable. – System shall support timely transmission of emergency–response information to applicable EMS provider dispatch centers.– All call‑takers interrogating medical calls must be certified and complete required continuing dispatch education (CDE).– Daily EMD operations, QA reviews, reporting, and compliance (role consistent with EMD program templates and county dispatch policies).– Dispatch center must be a State‑approved capable of receiving and processing 9‑1‑1 medical calls directly or from primary and secondary; it shall provide required data and reports to support system status monitoring.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 25,2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
