(1) Vendor needs to provide arts education service for healthy communities administrative support to the government authority located in Honolulu, HI. – Provide services for arts education for healthy communities to help achieve its strategic plan priority.– Provide administrative support necessary for implementing, matching, and supporting the arts education for healthy communities program.– Match the grant funds the agency is providing for this project.– Develop and oversee the granting process on a granting platform, facilitate the panels, and provide award letters to awarded organizations and artists.– Facilitate onboarding and exit meetings that include both the artist and the partner organization.– Disburse the budget allocation ($50,000) by contracting with each awarded teaching artist/arts organization.– Collect invoices for all payments.– Issue checks to the contracted teaching artists in a timely fashion, arrange payment schedules, usually one payment upon signing the contract, and one after the final report and/or other requirements received, or other arrangement as mutually agreeable.– Issue and collect final reports from each contracted teaching artist for each residency.– Maintain confidentiality regarding artist’s and organization’s personal information.– Assist in related to needs of the program as they come up on a case–by–case basis.– Support teaching artist review and observation.– Coordinate film/photography for residencies are various islands.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
