The City of Cleveland intends to hire a contractor in a two-phased approach to: (1) determine the city’s potential value in terms of corporate partnership and develop a strategic plan; (2) assist the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Parks and Recreation with implementation of the strategic plan and serve as the city’s broker in acquiring sponsorships, naming rights, or other revenue enhancement opportunities in the plan and allow for City Council and staff analysis prior to any implementation efforts.
