On-Call Transportation Services

San Joaquin Delta College (the "District") is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) on behalf of the San Joaquin Valley Community Cooperative (SJVCC), which is acting as the lead agency, to establish a list of approved On-Call Transportation suppliers. These suppliers will be available to provide transportation services for any agency participating in the Cooperative, serving its clubs, groups, employees, and athletic teams. This RFP is part of a cooperative purchasing agreement through the SJVCC, a collaboration that allows the District and other public sector entities, as well as private educational institutions in the region, to benefit from collective purchasing power. As a result, any selected bid may be utilized by additional participating entities, providing expanded visibility and potential for additional opportunities. (Further details on SJVCC can be found in Section 3.0.) The contract resulting from this RFP will have a duration of five (5) years. It is expected that a recommendation for award will be presented to the Board of Trustees for approval, with notifications sent following the approval.
