(1) Vendor needs to provide waste and organics collection and processing services to the government authority located in Minneapolis, MN.• Perform collections at the frequencies specified by the county; provide on–call or emergency pickups when directed by the county.• Keep collection areas clean and free of spills; promptly clean any leaks, litter, or debris resulting from contractor operations.• Provide scale tickets or processor receipts for each delivery showing net tons/pounds, date/time, and destination.• Contractor is responsible for keeping all provided equipment in safe, clean, and functional condition and for performing routine maintenance in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 16, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
