(1) Vendor needs to provide medical services to the government authority located in Milwaukee, WI.• Post–offer, pre–employment physical exam and strength and ability testing (functional testing).• Annual medical surveillance physicals.• Work related injuries.• Drug and alcohol testing for “reasonable cause/suspicion.”• Automated external defibrillator oversight.• Annual quadrivalent flu immunizations.• Manage Hep B consent forms for all new hires.• Provide – on an emergency basis – appropriate advice in the event of a public health crisis (e.g., pandemic, communicable disease outbreak, acute environmental health alert, etc.)(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 11, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
