(1) Vendor needs to provide safe and together training curriculum service to the government authority located in Rensselaer, NY. – Distribute and utilize the safe and together™ model training and curricula to support its statewide implementation across agency. • Safe and together™ model training materials and practice tools:– Develop and provide safe and together™ training materials, practice tools, participant resources, and instructor guides necessary to support skill development and implementation.– Provide regular updates to curriculum and localization of content based on changes to state/federal statute, regulations and relevant research and data.• Implementation consultation and technical assistance:– Consulting with agency regarding implementation planning and execution.– Providing technical assistance for local policy development• Trainer development and certification:– Provide a formal trainer development and certification pathway designed to build internal capacity within agency.– Provide access to trainer development curricula, coaching, mentoring and evaluation processes.• Organizational and systems change support:– Provide consultation designed to support sustainable implementation within public child welfare systems.– Provide assistance with implementation planning, readiness assessment, leadership engagement, and systems alignment.• Fidelity and quality assurance:– Provide access to safe and together™ model–specific implementation tools, assessment resources, and fidelity measures.– Provide regular reports on evaluation data, including pre and post test scores, on all training conducted by agency sponsored certified trainers.(2) The contract period will be for five years.
