(1) Vendor needs to provide bird surveys service to the government authority located in Austin, TX.• A Spring count and a Winter count are to be conducted to provide data for a long term monitoring program.• The objective of the project is to provide data to be used in a long–term monitoring program on bird populations on agency training centers.• The benefits of this survey will be to determine locations and the distribution of species of concern and to monitor potential impacts of training or habitat management across the sites.• Weather is an important factor in determining project schedule. Timing ofmanagement must be suitable to limit disturbance.• Site access must be coordinated by the Contractor and training center staff.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 14, 2026.
