The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming Game and Fish Department (Procuring Agency), will receive bids until 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on June 12, 2026 , through the Public Purchase online bidding system for the Vault Restrooms at Treasure Island and Foote Public Access Areas (PAA), located near Saratoga, WY, and Sanger Public Access Area (revised via Addendum #2) (removed - Meeboer Lake Public Access Area (PAA), located southwest of Laramie, WY). Project Description: This project entails the removal of up to three (3) existing restroom facilities (cinder block outhouses), the construction of up to three (3) new double pre-cast concrete vault restrooms, and the associated task of on-site delivery, excavation, offloading, and placement at the identified PAA locations, depending on pricing and available funding.
