(1) Vendor needs to provide safety initiative grant program service to the government authority located in Springfield, MA.• Grant funding, oversight, and technical assistance supports regional and multi–disciplinary approaches to combat gang and youth violence through coordinated prevention and intervention, law enforcement, prosecution, and reintegration programs.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.
