(1) Vendor needs to provide food truck service for season of non–violence community events to the government authority located in Albuquerque, NM. – Provide prepared meals and combo style food and beverage offerings free of charge to attendees of season of non–violence (SONV) community events (e.g., movie drive–ins, pool parties, sports camps).– Events may include, but are not limited to, movie drive–ins, pool parties, sports camps, and other community–focused gatherings held during the contract term.– Provide prepared meals and combo–style food and beverage offerings at SONV community events occurring during the Contract term, and shall provide all personnel necessary to perform the services.– Services shall be utilized as–needed depending on event scheduling and community turnout.– physical food samples, Bidders shall submit a simplified menu with their Bid identifying:– all individual food and/or beverage items and combo/meal–deal options offered.– special dietary options (vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, etc.).– per–item or flat–rate pricing.– applicable tax rates or confirmation that pricing is tax–inclusive.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 2, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
