(1) Vendor needs to provide telephone operator support services to the government authority located in Kansas City, MO. • Provide all personnel, supervision, management, and other resources necessary to perform on‑site telephone operator and telecommunications support services as described herein.• A centralized telephone and communications center responsible for processing internal and external calls, routing inquiries, and supporting emergency communications.• The current system environment includes to, Cisco Finesse and Cisco Jabber, attendant consoles, paging systems, and related telecommunications equipment.• 24x7 call center or hospital operator services.• Handling of emergency calls, alarms, and code notifications.• Required staffing continuity and essential employee expectations(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) This bid is Service–Disabled Veteran–Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set–Aside.
