(1) Vendor needs to provide youth development program services to the government authority located in Pittsburgh, PA. • Identify providers to deliver temporary assistance for needy families (TANF) youth development program (YDP) services to youth and young adults in county and the city• Exploration (ages 12–14, typically grades 6–8) introduces youth to career options, industries, and the connection between education, interests, and future employment• Job readiness and academic support (ages 14–16, typically grades 9–10) builds foundational academic and workplace skills that prepare youth for success in school and early employment opportunities, including part–time and entry–level jobs• Postsecondary and career readiness (ages 16–24 typically grades 11–12 and beyond). prepares youth for successful transition after high school through programming focused on either continued education or employment.• Providers may include such internships as part of a participant's plan when they are structured, supervised by the employer, tied to the participant's Individual Service Strategy, and give the participant meaningful work to contribute.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 12, 2026.
