CLEANING-13002 - USA (Littleton, Colorado) - Cleaning Services - Deadline July 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide cleaning services to the government authority located in Littleton, CO.• Clean all common area bathrooms in an appropriate and sanitary manner, to include: toilet, sink, partitions, mirrors, countertops, outside surfaces on dispensers, fixtures, grab bars, and spot clean walls; restock with supplies from owner inventory (paper towels, toilet tissue, soap dispensers). Clean surfaces with a disinfectant type cleaning solution.• Clean common and employee kitchen areas: sweep floors (mop everyday), cabinets, countertops, sinks, faucets, light fixtures, doors, wipe clean exterior of all appliances (ranges, range hoods, refrigerators, dishwashers, etc.), and interior/exterior of microwave ovens. Clean surfaces with a disinfectant type cleaning solution.• Empty all building, common area, and property site office trash receptacles; replace liners and clean containers when soiled. Empty all designated pet waste receptacles. Disposal of trash and waste in appropriate containers in dumpster areas.• Clean public and common area drinking fountains.• Notify property manager (in person, by phone call, or e–mail) to report any damages to common areas (kitchens, bathrooms, laundry facilities, stairwells, etc.) on the same day damage is discovered.• Sweep and mop all hard surface or tiled floors and vacuum all area mats.• Clean interior windows and glass.• Dust all window sills, vinyl cove base trim and furniture.• Wipe clean all trim, baseboards, doors, door frames, handrails, and window frames with disinfectant type cleaning solution.• Spot clean wall and floor stains and spots.• Dust and clean stairwells(2) A site–visit will be held on July 10, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
