– Vendor needs to provide moving services to the government authority located in Honolulu, HI.1. Conduct a pre–move site assessment of the agency Tower to verify access points, elevator availability, pathways, staging areas, and item dimensions prior to finalizing the move plan.2. Provide all necessary protective materials, such as floor runners, to prevent damage during transport.3. Provide qualified personnel and equipment to safely move, load, transport, unload, and deliver all Division property as instructed by the agency.4. Use appropriate equipment (e.g., appliance dollies, straps, carts) and additional labor as needed for oversized, heavy, or fragile items. The vendor is responsible for ensuring safe handling of all such items.• Avoid blocking exits, emergency access routes, or walkways, and keep all loading areas and walkways clean and free of debris• Take all necessary safety precautions and comply with applicable federal, state, and local safety laws and regulations.
