Description

(1) Vendor needs to provide utility mark–out services to the government authority located in Bergen, NJ. – Provide Utility Mark–out Services for our ongoing and future construction and maintenance projects at various properties.– Utility Locating and Marking:• Identify and mark all underground utilities including, but not limited to, gas, water, sewer, electrical, communication, and fiber optic lines within the designated work area.• Use appropriate color codes as per the American Public Works Association (APWA) standards.• Provide accurate and clearly visible markings on the ground using paint, flags, or other approved methods.– Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR): • Provide GPR services as an optional, value–added service to accurately detect and map the location of utilities, particularly in areas where traditional methods may be less effective.• Utilize GPR to detect non–metallic utilities, voids, and other subsurface anomalies that may not be detected by traditional locating methods.• Include a separate cost breakdown for GPR services in the proposal.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026.
