(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive professional wellness and laboratory services to the government authority located in Chula Vista, CA.– The provider will deliver a comprehensive Wellness Program for approximately 200 public safety personnel.– The main focus is to support employee health and wellness through fitness assessments, laboratory blood testing, a minimum of four educational lectures or workshops addressing health, fitness, and nutrition, and individualized professional consultation services provided in one–on–one or small–group settings.– 1. Fitness Assessment/Evaluationa. Aerobic capacity – Graded Treadmill testi. Resting and exercise ECGii. Blood pressure readingsiii. Pulmonary function measurementsb. Strength and flexibilityc. Body composition analysis– Laboratory screenings, examinations, and blood panels as follows;a. Laboratory Screenings and Examinationsi. Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA) Ultrasound Screening (QTY 50): Ultrasound examination of the abdominal aorta to screen for an abdominal aortic aneurysm.ii. Coronary Artery Calcium (CAC) Scan (QTY 100): A noninvasive, low–dose computed tomography (CT) scan of the heart used to detect and quantify calcium deposits in the coronary arteries.iii. Echocardiogram (QTY 135): Cardiac ultrasound examination used to evaluate the heart’s structure and function.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026.
