Routes World Exhibit Design/Build

The Ontario International Airport Authority (OIAA) is seeking a qualified proposer to design, build, and maintain a 10m x 10m exhibit booth for Routes World September 24-26, 2025 in Hong Kong. The booth will showcase Ontario International Airport (ONT) as a global hub by integrating ONT's branding, Southern California elements, and cutting-edge interactive technology that aligns with Hong Kong's innovative standards. The proposer will work with the OIAA designee to oversee all aspects of the project, including design, construction, setup, on-site maintenance, and teardown, ensuring a seamless process for the OIAA. The ideal proposer will demonstrate experience with international trade shows, branded exhibits, and advanced technology while delivering a creative, functional, and cost-effective solution that captivates visitors.
