(1) Vendor needs to provide annual school bus inspections, maintenance and repairs service to the government authority located in Aiken, SC. – Provide annual South Carolina school bus inspections, preventative maintenance, diagnostic services and repair services for agency.• Fleet.• Annual inspections.• Provide maintenance and repair services including:– Brake systems– Steering and suspension– Engines– Transmissions– Cooling systems– Fuel systems– Electrical systems• Parts:– All replacement parts shall meet or exceed Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications.– Rebuilt or aftermarket parts may only be used with prior agency approval.• Scheduling:– Inspections shall be scheduled in coordination with the agency.– Contractor shall make reasonable efforts to accommodate agency scheduling needs.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
