(1) Vendor needs to provide labor relations counsel service to the government authority located in Vineland, NJ. – Provide labor relations and employment legal services.– Labor relations attorney shall serve as a consultant to the and provide professional legal advice on labor relations, employment law, personnel matters, and related issues.– Attorney will serve as chief spokesperson at bargaining sessions with employee organizations and perform the preparation, research, negotiations, and related services necessary to successfully conclude the collective bargaining process.– Civil service law and related personnel regulations.– Human rights and employment discrimination laws.– Collective bargaining agreements, contract administration, and enforcement.– Employee discipline and related personnel matters.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
