(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering services to the government authority located in Albany, GA.– Providing surveying, engineering design, and permitting services for residential projects.– Topographic survey.– Perform all research, field work and permitting services to obtain a subdivision plat approval through the Albany Plat Review Committee.– The Consultant will be responsible for requesting and coordinating the review fees with the Grant Administrator.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 13, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 27, 2026.
