– Provide a data consolidation and reporting solution and related services.– Document design, data governance model, technical solution architecture, and implementation roadmap for a solution.– Consultant will provide consulting, software development, enhancement, customization, subscriptions, and support related to services.– Ability to take transaction–level data from varying terminal operating systems and translate them to aggregated and calculated operational metrics for all terminals.– Ability to ingest ocean carrier container–level and vessel scheduling data and translate them into aggregated cargo projection data.– Ability to ingest and process other message types.– Hourly and near real–time updates.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 11,2026.(3) A pre–bid Conference will be held on September 4,2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
