(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural and engineering services on an as needed basis to the government authority located in West Covina, CA. – Provide full–service facilities architectural and engineering (A&E) services on an on–call, task–order basis.  – The services are expected to support agency’s administrative facilities, operations and maintenance facilities, and related site and building improvement construction projects. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 30, 2026. (3) An optional pre–bid meeting will be held on July 23, 2026.
