(1) Vendor needs to provide holiday lights and decoration service. – Provide installation, maintenance, and removal of holiday lighting and décor throughout city for the 2026–2028 holiday seasons.– Includes installing lighting and decorations on shrub planters, trees, cannons, the gazebo, and decorating the large redwood trees with commercial‑grade ornaments and an LED star topper.– Responsible for securing all lighting, ensuring safe and weather‑resistant electrical connections, coordinating with city staff for décor selection and access to electrical systems, and providing regular monitoring and repairs throughout the display period.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 7, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 8, 2026.
