CASE-1802 - USA (Kingston, New York) - Intensive Crisis Intervention Service - Deadline October 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide intensive crisis intervention service to the government authority located in Kingston, NY. – Provide family preservation services. – Provide intensive, in–home, in–person case management and family preservation services to families with open cases within the agency preventive units.– Services shall be short–term, intensive, and crisis–oriented, with an emphasis on engaging families, establishing effective working relationships with parents and caregivers, identifying and addressing immediate barriers to family stability, and supporting families in maintaining children safely in their homes whenever possible.– Provide a detailed description of their capacity to deliver intensive, short–term case management services, for a period of up to six (6) weeks, to families in their homes and in other community–based settings.– Provide intensive engagement, case management, and intervention to families with an open case involving allegations or findings of child abuse and/or neglect.• Family preservation/maintenance programs, designed to help children at risk of placement remain safely with their families.• Services to provide follow–up care to families to whom a child has been returned after a foster care placement.• Strength–based, trauma–informed, solution–focused, and family–centered services that are evidence–based and/or evidence–informed and designed to improve parenting skills by reinforcing parent’s confidence in their strengths and helping them identify areas where improvement is needed and obtain assistance in developing those skills, including in areas such as child development, family budgeting, coping with stress, health, and nutrition.• Easily accessible services, delivered in the home or community–based settings, convenient to parents’ schedules.• Culturally relevant and sensitive services that are delivered in the primary languages of diverse families in the community.• Meaningful evaluation components that incorporate specific, measurable outcomes, including assessments that measure individual family improvement and success.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 29, 2026.
