The City of New Smyrna Beach, Florida (the “City”) is requesting qualifications from qualified contractors or firms to provide Project Title . The goal of this project is to improve and enhance the overall skating experience patrons receive when they visit the New Smyrna Beach Skate Park as well attracting more visitors to the park. The Skate Park is located at 245 Industrial Park Avenue, New Smyrna Beach, Florida 32168. This location is on southwest corner of Turnbull Street and Industrial Park Avenue, just west of the New Smyrna Beach Police Station. The current Skate Park is approximately 8,500 square feet of concrete skate area, consisting of a flow/street area and a pool with tile and concrete pool coping. Hours of operation is Monday through Friday, 12 p.m. - 8 p.m. and Saturday through Sunday, 10 a.m. - 8 p.m.
