(1) Vendor needs to provide cybersecurity software licenses, implementation services. – The supply of commercial cybersecurity software licensed to the beneficiary institution as end user, with manufacturer support for the full license term, combined with manufacturer–certified services that ensure the beneficiary's own staff can independently operate, maintain, and expand the platform after the grant period.– Lot 1 supports the expansion of the Security Operations Centre (SOC) of the Apparatus of the agency with a Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platform.– Lot 2 supports the implementation of a centralized vulnerability management capability for the IT environment.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 27, 2026.
