(1) Vendor needs to provide professional engineering consulting services to the government authority located in Texas.– Evaluate the current condition of identified assets, including verification of existing cathodic protection systems, characterize observed corrosion and related deterioration, assess causes and severity of deterioration.– Provide recommendations to support maintenance planning, repair prioritization, capital budgeting, and future design or procurement efforts.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 18, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026.
