Description
The Greater Dayton RTA is seeking bids on a five-year contract from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive background check services for new hire applicants. It is imperative that all individuals employed by RTA are thoroughly vetted to ensure the safety and security of our operations and the communities we serve. The information requested may include Social Security number check, criminal, driving, and work history record data, verification of education and/or licenses and DOT required drug and alcohol information from previous employers. The selected vendor will ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state laws and regulations regarding background checks. RTA expects timely delivery of reports, accuracy of information, and a commitment to safeguarding the privacy of individuals being screened.
