(1) Vendor needs to provide professional engineering services to the government authority located in MI.– Site survey:– Provide full site survey for full boundaries of new parking lot expansion.– Elevation shots.– Elevation grid every 20 feet, minimum in open areas.– Area drains, manholes, fire hydrants, valves and catch basins to be located.– Design, construction documents, and bid specifications:– Perform field verifications of existing conditions.– Notify utility companies, review the existing utilities in the area and coordinate construction and raising or relocation of utilities with all utility companies.– Identify critical path elements of the project, which need to be completed to stay on schedule.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 11, 2026.
