(1) Vendor needs to provide stop loss insurance coverage service to the government authority located in Burleson, TX. – The project includes a request to provide Stop Loss insurance for the 1/1/2027 plan year. The agency is self–funded for medical and pharmacy benefits.– Agency is seeking bids that offer multiple deductible levels including the current $125k as well as $150k, $175k and $200k. The proposal should include plan mirroring.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 13, 2026.
