(1) Vendor needs to provide Ellucian student signature SaaS migration services.– Baseline migration:– Manage the baseline implementation, schedule, risks, stage gates and assigned deliverables.– Define and configure delivered Ellucian Student processes and guide adoption of the standard SaaS model.– Configure delivered Ellucian student capabilities, workflows, roles and baseline functionality.– Provide migration tools and guidance, execute defined conversion cycles and support migration validation.– Client–side migration:– Manage client–side workstreams and coordinate them with the baseline implementation.– Redesign agency procedures, forms and processes not included in the baseline model.– Extract, cleanse, transform, correct and reconcile agency data, including Uni data preparation.– Assess, redesign, rebuild and test client–managed, third–party and custom interfaces.– Assess, retire, replace or rebuild agency legacy and non–baseline reports, dashboards and extracts.– Assess, retire, replace or remediate approved customizations, workflows and eForms.– Test client–side deliverables, coordinate end–user training, support cutover and provide supplemental post–go–live support.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.
