EXTRA-72297 - USA (Pierre, South Dakota) - Market Conduct Examinations Services - Deadline September 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide market conduct examinations services to the government authority located in Pierre, SD. – The contractor will make available one or more examiners to perform Market Conduct examinations on insurance companies identified.– The contractor must be able to begin examinations no later than 30 days from the date the contract is signed.– The examiner in charge (EIC) will participate in pre–examination planning meetings with the division of Insurance and the company being examined and provide time and cost estimates for the examination.– On–site work is conducted, the EIC will offer to conduct an exit conference with the examined company.– The EIC and examiners may conduct the examination off–site when appropriate.– The EIC will offer to conduct an exit conference with the examined company.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
